    I have been a resident of colerain twp. since 1960. the stench has always been here and always will, no one seems able to stop this rumpke problem. it is way out of control with stench eminating 24/7. I am aware that trash needs to be disposed of, but not in heavily populated areas. Rumpke is a wise businessman and certainly can locate a landfill somewhere suitable.
