Although it would be Scarmack’s first time in public office, she doesn’t believe it will be a problem. ‘I’m fired up and ready to go,’ she said. ‘Right away I want to work to make new legislation regarding education funding and I want to support Senate Bill 379 (the medical right-to-know bill), which will remove the gag order on doctors and remove some of the limits of Senate Bill 315.’”
