Call or contact us to schedule an interview. This first part of the hiring process is informational and brief. After the initial interview, qualified candidates will be scheduled for an observation day, which is an opportunity for you to come in and check out the job for yourself. You’ll go door to door with a skilled trainer, where you will get a chance to see first hand how everything works and ask any questions you have. You’ll even have a chance to “fly solo” for a little while at the end of the night. By the time you’re back to the office, you will have a good picture of the job, and how you’d fit in at Ohio Citizen Action.
