COLUMBUS— “Chesapeake Energy will work with partners to build a $900 million natural-gas processing plant in Columbiana County, the latest large investment in Ohio’s oil and gas resources.

The Oklahoma City-based company announced the plan late yesterday afternoon, saying it will work on the project with M3 Midstream and EV Energy Partners.

An employment estimate was not available.”
