COLUMBUS — “Ohio’s utility regulatory body is looking to fill two open seats – one expected and another that just became available.
The nominating council for the Public Utilities Commission of Ohio, which has five commissioners, seeks someone to fill Commissioner Lynn Slaby’s seat and another to take over for Howard Petricoff, who is resigning at the end of December after a short tenure at the commission.
…State law mandates no more than three members of the same political party can be on the PUCO. Petricoff is the lone Democrat. The commission also has two Republicans and two independents, including Chairman Asim Haque.”
