Andrew Bourget joined Ohio Citizen Action in June 2026 and quickly grew from Canvasser to Field Manager to his current position as Columbus Regional Field Director–now managing the ground operations to engage, inform, and mobilize residents across Central Ohio.

Andrew brings a range of experiences across grassroots organizing, communications, digital design, and campaign outreach. Prior to joining Ohio Citizen Action, he earned a BA in Political Science from The Ohio State University with minors in Music and Communications. He previously worked as Communications Coordinator for the nonprofit Conversations Unbound.

Outside of work, Andrew enjoys gardening, working out, hiking, and listening to music.
